Emergency Appeal for the Ukrainian Galician Jewish Community

Dear Friends:

We at Gesher Galicia have been alarmed at the news coming out of Ukraine and are following it intently. We are extremely worried about all of Ukraine but feel it is our responsibility to pay particular attention to the Ukrainian Galician Jewish community. Many of you listened to our podcast with our friend in Lviv which has generated almost 1000 listens and we promise to keep you further informed as events dictate.

As such, the Board has authorized an emergency appeal for the community. Every dollar donated will go for the benefit of the Ukrainian Galician Jewish community.

We received these messages today from the Jewish community of Ivano-Frankivsk formerly Stanisławów:
