  ... Lehrern von der Kultusgemeinde zugesichert gewesenen Bezügen und Ansprüchen wurden im einverständlichen Einvernehmen geregelt und gelöst. Der Unterricht in Religion wird fortan an dieser Schule als obligater Lehrgegenstand auf Landesschikosten, der Unterricht im Hebraeischen als nichtobligater Schulgegenstand auf Kosten und unter Aufsicht der Kultusgemeinde erteilt.
