Gesher Galicia Membership 2015: Join us!
If you are joining for the first time, welcome to our growing community of dedicated Galician researchers. If you are renewing, know that we truly appreciate your longstanding support of our work. Either way, you are in for an exciting year of Galician discoveries!
Annual membership offers a world of special benefits, including a subscription to The Galitzianer and password access to our “Members Portal,” which includes The Gesher Galicia Family Finder, the Virtual Archive and members-only searchable databases, articles, research guides and videos (enhanced benefits coming in mid-January.) The most important reason to join, however, is to support Gesher Galicia’s year-round work of digitizing precious archival records, scanning cadastral maps and adding indexes to the All Galicia Database. The membership year is from January 1 through December 31, but you can join or renew at any time.

$42 USD for paper delivery of The Galitzianer in the U.S. and Canada
TO JOIN OR RENEW ONLINE select a membership fee and status below. Enter your full name and preferred email address for receiving The Galitzianer (or snail mail address for paper copy memberships.) Then click “Add to Cart.”
You can also donate to any of our projects or our general fund. To make a donation, fill in any amount next to the dollar sign and click “Add to Cart.” Each time you add items to your cart, you will be taken to the PayPal page, but just click on “continue shopping” to return to this page if you want to add a donation.
You can review your membership choice and any donations by clicking “View Cart” before finalizing. You won’t be taken to the payment page until you click “Check Out.”

Gesher Galicia is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization and donations are tax deductible in the United States.
Changes? If you are an existing member who is renewing and your contact information or research interests have changed, click here to download an online information-update form. Please fill it out and either email or mail it back to us. (If your details have not changed, once you pay online you are done!)
New Members: If you are joining online and want your research information to be included in the Family Finder, click on the New Member Information Form here. You can scan and email this form, or snail mail it as indicated. We will send your Gesher Galicia member password shortly after joining from this email: email@example.com. Make sure to check your spam folder or make this a safe email address. You will be able to customize your password.
The Gesher Galicia Family Finder lists the surnames and Galician towns being researched by each member. This tool allows family history researchers to connect with each other, and is available only to members of Gesher Galicia who are logged into our website with their username and password.
Subscription to The Galitzianer, a quarterly journal covering topics of interest to family historians on the history of Galicia, roots travel, archival research, and human interest stories.
The Galitzianer database: keyword searchable access to two decades of back issues online to find articles in which your research surnames and towns have been mentioned.*
